A programme aimed at helping people with who have a range of abilities to enter or re-enter employment through a range of fully flexible placements and work experience training.
Liaising with local colleges and education centres, we organise internships and training programmes for students with a range of abilities, enabling them to gain experience and qualifications. We ensure that the individual receives tailored support from the initial job fair or application all the way through to the completion of the placement. Where appropriate, we will assign a job coach to support them every step of the way.

- Customer service and business administration
- Manufacturing and construction
- Sports and leisure
- Retail
- Marketing and events services
Our Transition to Employment programme has had a tangible impact in the lives of many individuals, with 80% securing paid employment as a result of the programme, going on to gain invaluable experience in stimulating and supportive work environments.
