A seamless process for the employer and the trainee

We are committed to finding a defined role for the employee that meets the needs of your business and the needs of the individual.

Within this agreed trial period, we will work closely with your team, the trainee, and the trainee’s dedicated job coach to ensure that it is successful and beneficial for all parties.

We will then review the placement and you can decide what type of placement you wish to offer and the term that the placement will be available for.
